How far in advance do I have to book?

For most packages, booking 2-3 months in advance is sufficient, but a lot depends on the time of year, your exact itinerary requirements and your party size. We will do our utmost to ensure that you can get on a trip, and will be willing to press our suppliers for last-minute space, but we still encourage you to book as far in advance as possible.

How and when do I have to pay?

You can pay by credit card using our secure online pay portal. Full payment must be made upon booking finalization (once a payment link has been sent to you via email). Paying by credit card may incur up to a 4.0% surcharge, depending on the type of card you use. These charges apply to debit cards as well. Kindly observe our cancellation policy in our terms and conditions to know payable amounts in case you cancel your trip.

Are international flights included in the price?

No, but we can arrange these for you as well. If your trip involves domestic flights, then these are generally included in the trip price.

Is my payment protected after I book and before I leave?

Yes. Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation from our end, assuring you that financial matters have been settled.

Will I be safe?

Your safety is a primary concern for us, and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that you are safe. We only go to areas with excellent track records for safety. However, no trip can be guaranteed to be one hundred per cent safe, and each guest must recognize that travel to developing countries is, in general, less safe than travel to developed countries. Salco Travel has a 100% safety record. We recommend that you take out travel insurance prior to arrival in Egypt.

Will someone pick me up from the airport?

Yes. This is known as airport transfer and is included in the price, in addition to all inter-destination and sightseeing transportation arrangements. You will also be transferred to the airport at the conclusion of your trip (also included in the price).

What if I have special requests?

We will strive to meet any special requirements you may have, provided you state them on your booking form. However, please bear in mind that not all requests may be readily satisfied.

What if I decide I would like to extend my visit in Egypt upon completion of the tour?

Nothing makes us happier than seeing clients feel attached to Egypt and decide to extend their duration longer than planned. We will gladly take care of such arrangements for you, at the venue of your choice if available.
